How it all started...
First Baptist Church of Marilla was founded on May 11, 1873. This church was founded by a group of like-minded believers who desired to see the Gospel spread to the small farming community of Marilla and surrounding areas.
Throughout the years - additions were added to the church building to accommodate the growth of our various ministries, including the additions of a gymnasium, offices, and classrooms. In 2008, a significant addition was added to the property which more than doubled our seating capacity for our growing church.

The Nature Trail
In 2013, FBCM was donated a large parcel of land that has been developed into our Creation Walk Nature Trail and soccer fields.
This trail has become a very popular place for our community to enjoy God's creation and be inspired by our Creator.
The soccer fields host our Micro-kickers soccer ministry and local soccer teams, as well as an open place for the community to play.
Future plans for the Nature Trial include additional sports fields , as well as a pavilion to allow for additional outdoor ministries.
